The MACT program is designed for both experienced counselors looking to upgrade their skills, intern counselors working toward a credential, and individuals who are seeking employment in the addiction counseling profession.
All training is provided in a safe learning environment conducive to personal and professional training and growth. All course work is structured in a manner to encourage both personal growth and professional development. All MACT instructors must meet certain criteria and are chosen based upon their education, credentials, proven abilities to facilitate adult learning, and ability to work in skill development.
All classes are now offered in hybrid environments with the CANVAS platform and in-class partcipation. In addition to material presentation and class skill development, a concentration on high levels of compentency testing has been placed into the curriculum to prepare students for credentialing exams.
The MACT Program is offered in :
** jackson County, ms - the 3rd weekend each month. Class will meet Fridays 1p-9p and saturdays 8a-4p.
